So a person close in my life, yesterday, received a negative COVID test. Yay!! A good thing. During this global pandemic or epidemic (whatev’s)… I too received a negative COVID test twice!!! Not yesterday mind you but since last August. It’s a good thing… I think. Puts the mind at ease both for ourselves and those who we love most dearly in this world. For me, that’s family and a close-guarded inner-circle of friends… numbering about 10+ or so. To borrow a phrase from religious lingo… I’m blessed that way. ;0) But who really keeps track of such a thang!!?? I mean who does that…. really??!!?!!

One of these things is not like the other… I almost forgot to throw this above into the mix. It’s the way I currently feel about some relationships. Not those 10, I’ve known and loved for a long long time. The Chill Chums (names changed to protect their super secret hero identies… but let’s just say I play the court Jester to The Lady of the Lake, Fair Guinevere, and King Arthur)…

…my 5-6 closest family members and about… hmmm… and about 5-6 dudes I’ve mostly known since K-garten. Holy shit!!! That tally is now at 13 – 15 right there. I’m truly truly blessed & just bless my little ‘ole Texas-Idaho Heart!!

It’s times like these you learn to love again

Fear! Positive COVID tests… oh hell no!! That shit can kill you right there. We’ve all known someone or know someone who knew someone that have thrown in the towel on this mortal coil during COVID times. Release the breath & just breathe deep again. Know your loved ones are safe for this very day… ahhh… calmness and peace restored once again. Negative COVID tests for someone you love very dearly, more than they’ll ever possibly know…. that’s A good thing… in times like these. Oh yeah and keep putting yourself out there and learn to love…
